Charlotte works alongside the Property team, assisting with the progression of a range of property law matters, including subdivisions, leasing, conveyancing and other transactional matters. She brings a careful and considered approach to her work, with a focus on accuracy and supporting the team to keep matters running smoothly
Clients and colleagues value Charlotte’s quiet diligence and steady commitment to the work in front of her. She has an interest in both property and commercial law, and her studies in philosophy have given her an additional interest in the role of ethics within the legal field.
Charlotte joined KPA Lawyers in 2026 and is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy) at Monash University.
