ABOUT AMELIA
Amelia is a property lawyer with a structured, thoughtful and commercially aware approach to client work. She focuses on complex property transactions, including commercial acquisitions, related party transfers, subdivisions, leasing and other related matters.
Amelia assists clients with end-to-end property transactions, contract drafting and advisory work. She enjoys being involved in matters from early negotiations through to settlement, and focuses on understanding the “why” behind each transaction, not just the task in front of her.
This helps her provide advice that is practical, well considered and aligned with her clients’ broader commercial goals.
Clients and colleagues value Amelia’s diligence, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality client service. She takes ownership of her work and ensures every matter is progressed with the care and rigour her clients expect.
Amelia was admitted as a lawyer in December 2025 following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and Practical Legal Training at the College of Law.

- Contract Reviews
Conducting contract reviews for standard residential purchases, commercial and industrial properties, farming businesses as well as off the plan contract for units, apartments and townhouses.
- Property Transfers
Running transfer matters including spousal transfers, SMSF property transfers, trust distributions, non will transfers, and NICO rectification matters. Many of these matters involve applications to the SRO for duty exemptions, including drafting statutory declarations and detailed covering letters
- Leasing & Licensing
Preparing licence agreements for residential properties and some more tailored licence agreements, as well as acting for landlords in commercial, retail and non retail leasing matters
