About BORIS
Boris is the Head of Property at KPA Lawyers, with significant experience acting for private clients, property developers and businesses across complex property, leasing and commercial transactions. He is adept at issue spotting and providing practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
Boris advises clients across the full breadth of property law, including high-value acquisitions and sales, large and small subdivisions, owners corporation matters, commercial property transactions, leasing and adverse possession claims. His practice extends to property work involving self-managed superannuation funds, related party transfers and property held through corporate and trust structures, as well as joint ventures and developments.
He also acts in loan and mortgage matters, including advising guarantors on loan negotiations, and assists clients with stamp duty and other state tax considerations that intersect with their property work. Boris’s broader experience in Commercial Law and Wills and Estates allows him to navigate the issues that often sit alongside complex property transactions, providing comprehensive and considered advice.
