Application process
Paralegal positions
We ask you to submit a covering letter, your CV and an academic transcript. The covering letter is what matters most: it is your opportunity to tell us who you are, what makes you different, and why you would like to work at KPA.
If successful, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview with one of our partners and a senior lawyer from the relevant team. This is an informal, two-way conversation and gives us a chance to understand what motivates you and what you are looking for, and for you to get to know us. Our interview process reflects the kind of firm we are; one built on relationships and one that values your individuality.
After your interview, you will be invited for a coffee with one of our law graduates or junior lawyers, which is your chance to ask anything you would like to know about our culture, the type of work we do and your potential future with KPA.
Graduate roles
If you have worked with us before, you will be required to complete an application much like your paralegal application, with an updated cover letter, CV and your most recent academic transcript.
If coming to us from market, we ask for a covering letter, your CV and an academic transcript. As with every application, the covering letter is critical: it is how we get to know you, what makes you different, and why you would like to build your career at KPA.
