ABOUT THOMAS
Thomas supports the Property team with a reliable and considered approach to his work, helping ensure matters progress smoothly and on schedule. He assists with file management, preparing contracts, agreements, deeds and leases and supporting complex applications to the State Revenue Office.
Clients and colleagues value Thomas’s calm and friendly manner, attention to detail and steady commitment to the work in front of him. He has a particular interest in Trusts and succession planning, and general commercial law, and enjoys developing his broader legal knowledge alongside his work in the Property team as he progresses with his studies.
Thomas joined KPA Lawyers in 2022 and is currently in the final year of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in History) at Monash University.

Assists with the establishment and administration of trusts and related property-holding structures.
- Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)
Assists with property acquisitions and arrangements involving self-managed super funds, including compliance with the relevant requirements.
- Commercial Leasing
Assists in commercial leasing, including preparing and reviewing lease documentation for landlords and tenants.
- Retail Leasing
Assists in retail leasing matters, including lease documentation and the requirements that apply to retail premises.
