About Erin
Erin heads the Commercial division at KPA Lawyers and has been with the firm since her admission to practice. Over her time at KPA, she has practised across a wide range of legal areas including Commercial Law, Business and Franchising Law, Wills and Estates, and Migration Law acquiring a broad and extensive skillset that allows her to approach matters from multiple perspectives and provide clients with comprehensive, holistic advice on their commercial transactions.
Erin works with a broad client base of individuals and businesses operating across a wide array of industries, including technology, professional services, education, healthcare and hospitality. She works closely with her clients’ other professional advisors to provide considered, well-rounded solutions to their business needs.
She brings to her practice not only a wealth of experience but a genuine passion for finding solutions for her clients.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (2007) from Monash University, and completed her articles at KPA Lawyers.

An expert in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. Ensuring clear frameworks for supply, distribution, employment, contractor, and confidentiality agreements, as well as website terms and conditions.
- Intellectual Property
Erin advises clients on the protection and management of intellectual property, including IP holding structures, licence agreements, trade mark registrations, and opposition proceedings.
- Leasing & Property-Related Commercial Work
Erin advises landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial and retail leasing, specializing in Victoria’s Retail Leases Act. She manages lease negotiation, preparation, and renewal options, while clarifying complex obligations around rent reviews, transfer provisions, and make-good terms
