About Natasha Hawke
Natasha practises across a broad range of estate planning, administration and litigation matters in our Wills & Estates team. Her work includes preparing wills and estate planning documents, advising on estate planning strategies, and assisting clients with probate applications and the administration of estates. She also acts in estate litigation matters and elder abuse matters, helping clients navigate disputes that can be both legally and personally complex.
Natasha began her career as a criminal law paralegal while pursuing her undergraduate studies and continued working as a paralegal throughout her postgraduate degree. She was admitted to practice in 2020. Before joining KPA’s Wills & Estates team in 2025, Natasha gained experience in Wills and Estates matters alongside specialist practice in VCAT administrative work and interstate personal injury compensation.

Natasha holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) from RMIT University.

Advice and assistance with the Probate application process, including complex Probate matters and intestacy cases, obtaining Grants of Probate, and administering deceased estates efficiently and effectively.

Strategic succession planning services, including the preparation of Company Powers of Attorney and Binding Death Benefit Nominations, to facilitate the smooth transfer of personal and business interests.
- Trusts
Review, establishment, and ongoing advice relating to Trust Deeds, helping individuals, families, and businesses structure and manage their assets effectively.
- Estate Litigation
Representation and advice in contested Will matters and other estate disputes, assisting clients in protecting their rights and resolving succession-related conflicts.
- VCAT Guardianship & Administration Matters
Specialist advice and representation in Guardianship and Administration proceedings, including matters involving elder abuse, financial investigations into misuse of powers by an Attorney, and applications for the appointment of an Administrator or Guardian.
