About Erik Purcell
Erik leads marketing and business development at KPA Lawyers, focused on strengthening the firm’s brand presence, supporting practice growth and building meaningful connections through thought leadership, events and client engagement. He works closely with the partners and teams across the firm on practice development, client pitches and a wide range of engagement activities.
Erik brings a unique perspective to the role, drawing on his background as a qualified lawyer. Prior to joining KPA, Erik worked as an Associate, with experience in mid market mergers and acquisitions and franchising. Erik also brings practical commercial insight from establishing an award-winning wine bar, and has advocated for the hospitality sector through his contribution to Bayside Council’s extended public outdoor dining policy during and after COVID-19.
Erik takes a collaborative and commercially minded approach, focused on delivering strategic, value-driven outcomes that support the firm’s long-term growth and client success.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing) from Deakin University, and is admitted to practice in Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
