How we can help with migration
Whether you’re applying for your visa, sponsoring family to join you in Australia, or dealing with a refusal you don’t agree with, migration matters are often time-sensitive and personally significant. Our work is led by two legal practitioners and covers partner, family, tourist and citizenship applications, plus reviews and appeals.
If you’re a business recruiting from overseas, getting the migration side right is part of running a compliant workforce. Sponsorship under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) comes with ongoing obligations, the rules around labour market testing and market salary rates have tightened, and a sponsor in breach risks penalties including the suspension and the cancellation of their workers’ visas. We handle a range of sponsorship, nominations, subclass applications and compliance programs for our business clients
