Caroline Symington
SENIOR CONVEYANCER
Caroline is a licenced conveyancer and has vast background in conveyancing and property with in excess of 18 years’ experience in sales and acquisitions of residential, commercial and rural property, subdivisions and consolidations, property development and has worked alongside and on behalf of developers, financiers, foreign investors, first home buyers through to multi property investors and down sizers and aged care.
Caroline hopes to provide a unique understanding of the process and requirements of the world of property transactions and development both theoretically and practically and to provide a bespoke service to all - clients, agents, bankers, brokers and all third parties so as to ensure that no one is ‘left in the dark’.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen, a Graduate Diploma in Business from RMIT, and is currently completing a Masters of Property Law with the College of Law.
She is also an advisor to the Board of Family Access Network, a not for profit organisation committed to responding to the diverse needs of homeless and at risk young people and young families which she is very passionate about.
In her spare time, she is a creative who loves all things interior design and decoration, reading and drawing.
