Boris Escobar

Boris Escobar is a Solicitor at KPA Lawyers, having joined the firm in 2018 and is part of the Property and Commercial Law team.

Boris completed his double degree of Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts at Deakin University in 2015 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2016.

Boris practices primarily in the area of Property Law, specialising in all matters relating to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, small and large subdivisions, owners corporation matters,  and other issues surrounding property transactions.

As well as Boris' extensive work in Property Law, part of his broad practice in property includes his experience in advising landlords and tenants regarding the leasing of retail, commercial and industrial property and preparation of leases.

Boris also works in Commercial Law and Wills and Estates, keeping atop the various issues which are often intertwined with his primary practice in Property Law.

Boris is exceptionally client focused and works tirelessly to deliver excellent service and to meet client expectations.

Boris is also fluent in Spanish and able to assist Spanish speaking clients with their matters.
